200l - Present: Better Balance LLC
- Better Balance LLC is an educational and wellness consulting firm that helps businesses and
individuals bring better physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual balance into their environment and lives. Better Balance LLC sponsors speakers from different cultural backgrounds and perspectives to offer current and traditional ways of looking at stress management, brain enhancement and wellness by offering both seminars and individual sessions to businesses and the public at large.
1999-1997: Steeloaks Investment Advisers, Inc., Independent Marketing Representative:
- Responsibilities: Met with Presidents and Finance Directors of International Unions; Met with
WV Business Agents and Trustees to share information relating to Steeloaks. Arranged meetings for the CEO and money managers of Steeloaks with appropriate personnel at the International and State levels

- Responsibilities: Pritt Associates taught people and corporate clients how to make systems
(political, institutional, educational, corporate) work for them. Pritt Associates educated citizens on how these systems operated and how they could work within them, teaching them to gather, disseminate and use information to meet their goals and objectives.
- Pritt Associates Responsibilities to a sampling of clients:
- AT&T: Helped management identify problem areas; developed program curriculum (Business as
a Second Language) for specific needs of AT&T employees; trained teachers; taught classes for AT&T.
- West Virginia State College (University) and other educational institutions: Presented
seminars on Communication Skills; Conflict Resolution; Aspiring Women Series; Elders Scholar Program; Women Helping Women; Women in the Workplace; Business Writing.
- Common Ground: Organized three counties (Summers, Monroe, Mercer) for citizens and
businesses concerned with the high voltage power lines proposed to go through their properties; helped citizens and businesses build structures for broader support from the community to raise money, and to garner support from other constituencies through public relations, media and networking strategies.
