The 2nd Afternoon Session: Communicating Effectively will explore How to Get Others to Listen to Us; Three Steps in Saying NO; Eight Ways to Deal with Angry People; How to Complain and Be Heard: Identify the Two Strikes that Complaints Have Against Them; Learn How to Use the Three-part Message to Make Complaints Work; Know the Guidelines for Complaining and Being Heard. Communication Workshop will allow participants an opportunity to address their communication challenge, match it with specific material from the class and use appropriate exercises to resolve the communication challenge with the assistance of the Instructor. |
