Intellectual/Mental Balance:  Thoughtful Thursdays AM & PM classes

Thoughtful Thursdays features techniques designed to address the mental/Intellectual self.  

  • Calming the internal chatter with mindfulness techniques,
  • Looking at learning styles and brain organization,
  • Preparing for the professional work place,
  • Writing for self- discovery, empowerment, and publication, and
  • Communicating with others
  • Offering many other topics to keep our intellectual/mental self-balanced.  

Brain Gym and other Educational Kinesiology courses will be a part of the Mental Balance Series.
