Charlotte's Writing Resume

Charlotte's love of writing began in early childhood when she wrote to express her feelings.  In the 1990's she used her
writing to address social justice issues as she wrote for Graffiti, West Virginia's version of the Village Voice when
Graffiti was owned by Michael Lipton and Frank Venezia.  Whether she is writing to entertain, to inform, or to
persuade, writing for and from the soul has been a primary focus.

Charlotte believes that "Writing can empower us, heal us, and create a better world for all of us.  Learning to express
our deepest feelings, to share our greatest loss, to stand up for the values we cherish most dearly defines us for
ourselves and others."
Charlottte's Publications.

"I know that I have succeeded when my students find their voice, feel their power, and know how to share it with the
world."  Charlotte Pritt
