As an educator and Vice-Chair of Health and Human Resources in the WV Senate, Charlotte realized the deadly
effects of stress on the body and the brain. To be a more effective instructor, Charlotte trained in stress
management techniques and other preventive medicine techniques such as self-responsibility Wellness models
which focus on Brain Enhancement, Stress Management, Nutritional Awareness, Postural and Primitive Reflex
Integration, and Full Body Movement. Charlotte Pritt is now an international trainer in many of those models.

  • Stress Release III (Feb 25, 1999) (8):  Defusing Stuck Emotions: This course build on Stress Release I,
    II, Touch for Health I & Brain Gym and includes in-depth examination of stuck emotions:  Examination and
    Roger Callahan techniques to address  phobias, addictions, compulsive behaviors; Techniques teaching how
    to recognize when you are sabotaging yourself; how to overcome Psychological Reversal, the emotions that
    relate to the Law of Five Elements; how to define “stuck” emotions such as temper, rage, hostility,
    embarrassment, mournfulness, grief, loneliness and depression; how to use these techniques to assist you in
    reducing weight.

An occupational therapist from South Africa, Edwards
uses sensory integration and Brain Gym techniques to work with children or adults in South Africa presenting with

2003:  Movement Re-Education with Dr. Paul Dennison, Developer of the Course. Movement Re-Education
focuses on the relationship of muscle strength to the body's inner awareness of its position in space
proprioception).  The course explores how equilibrium and balance are established and maintained through
communication between the brain and the neural receptors at the cellular level of the body.

2001:  Movement Exploration with Carol Ann Erickson, Developer of the Course.  Carol Ann specializes in
work with athletes, dance and sports performance.  She has more than 30 years teaching experience (elementary,
secondary, and post-secondary levels).  Within her 35 years coaching experience she has used her techniques with
those interested in recreation and with Olympic athletes.  Her techniques involve integrating the basic movement
patterns from pre-birth to the present time to ensure the fullest use of her client's movement potential.
